Now im stuck here and I can’t do nothing else except using the BIOS. I tried to do a system restore I my pc was saying error, I tried to reset my pc then that also didn’t work. 4 When prompted by the warning screen select Yes to continue with the system recovery. ![]() ![]() 3 When the machine Starts beeping release the 0 key. 2 Press and hold the 0 (zero) key and at the same time, tap the power button once to switch on your notebook. I've been through several Windows XP installations and just upgraded my Toshiba Portg 3480 from Windows 98 SE to 2000, having finally retired some old. ![]() Prior to this, my pc was going very slow and when I turned it on the next day, my pc didn’t start completely, it got frozen during start up. 1 Hold down the power button for 10 (ten) seconds to switch off your machine. I hope I didn’t lose all my files already. Whenever I plug in my internet cable and I turn on my pc it says “Start PXE over IPv4, Press to EXIT” and when I only connect the AC adapter, it says “No bootable device-please restart system” I have disconnected everything, shut off everything and I hold the power to 50 seconds then turn it back on and still have the same issue. I enter the BIOS and checked the HDD and everything is in order, I’ve change the UEFi to CSM Boot and the same thing “No bootable device” keeps coming out. I seen many videos and articles on how to fix it. When I am connected to my internet it says “Start PXE over IPv4, Press to EXIT” “No bootable device-please restart system” pops out. ![]() My Toshiba model, Satellite C55-C5270, is not booting up anymore.
